Week 8 - Run 1

I ran 4 miles this late afternoon. It was a little windy, cool, but nice. I am very aware that my shoes are wearing out. If I took the time, I'm sure I could go back and log the miles I have put on these. My guess - 300 by now. I like to see where they wear out first; it shows how I'm running...
