gone running: Week 11 - Run 3

Week 11 - Run 3

I ran 3 miles with my son tonight. I've had to take it easy and not run hard or fast the past 3 nights because I've been battling either allergies or a head cold/virus. I'm the only one in the fam who has it so I'm thinking allergies (because my germs are everywhere!).
