Week 39 - Run 2

I ran at the park where Big B has football practice. It was a nice night - quite cool - but I got warm fast!

I ran 3 miles at 10:30 min. miles. Calorie thing still not reading my heart rate so I have no idea how many I burned! I think the heart rate band needs a new battery so for now I am just keeping time.
