gone running: week 2

week 2

4 today on the treadmill yesterday, full of hills again. good sweaty run - gotta love those! and today i was waiting for it to "warm up" here! i took my almost 11 year old daughter running with me since she WANTED to go!! yeah!! she did awesome. we ran 4 miles, at an almost 12:30 min. mile pace. we saw a big red headed woodpecker singing (or warning) a beautiful song, and a sweet kitty! so fun!!
