just got back from a great 5 mile run in the drizzle/light rain. i went at dinner time and surprisingly i didn't run out of "fuel". that's not always the best time for me to run but it was the only time i could today! i saw a few squirrels playing a game of i dare you with the cars. it reminded me of the squirrel that's been stealing our bird seed. the kids call him squanto. i caught him in the act yesterday morning. :)
