just non stop. constant on the go.
thus my energy to run has been zapped.
i could have squeeeeezed in a sorta long run today but just didn't have the motivation. and really wanted to do nothing between 3 staggered basketball games.

Your mama was absolutely right. Some weeks priorities shift. We are a lot alike in the sense that our family life and running are so closely connected that sometimes on pushes out the other. You'll be back on track next week. Great picture by the way. Did you take it?
pinky, those pews had soft fold down chairs in them. whoa!
yes, i took that before the sun set. the wedding was at night so the windows were dark. there were three large windows like this. the other two had beautiful pictures/truths to them.
