tonight i ran 4 miles in the dark. it was a little after 8pm and everyone was still out. you know, it's that DSTime of year now - big horray here!
i have been itching to wear my new petzl headlamp
. (i actually got mine at running warehouse but linked it to amazon where it now sells for 5 dollars less - i'm all about "packing a punch in your wallet"!) that pink girl gave me a sweet first hand review on the headlamp. thanks pinky. ;) so i strapped it on my head, turned it on, and took off. wow, it truly illuminated my path. i could see a few gnats coming at me, a rock here and there, and a dark cat i had no idea was lurking in the middle of the road! even cars slowed down and wondered what i was. love love LOVE it!
