tuesday i ran 4 miles in cool breezy sunny skies. although, i kept thinking, it would be so nice if these winds came back in june!
thursday i ran 4 miles with my son in some chilly gusty winds. the skies were moody - for a few minutes the sun would come out and then it would hide and cold rain would pass through. 'tis spring afterall!
i was going to run yesterday (friday) but decided to try to run a sorta long run today as i am building back up. got up early and enjoyed cool temps in the upper 30's at 8am. but, it warmed up fast! ran 8 miles at a comfy pace and enjoyed beautiful clear skies and no wind!

I've always enjoyed how you cute up your posts by bolding some words in fun colors. So creative!
