yes, i'm fighting a cold again. a few weeks ago, i felt a head/sinus cold coming on. i drank extra water, downed a lot of vit. c, took some mucinex and sudafed to dry out the congestion before it got worse, and tried to get some extra sleep. but since this past friday night, i have not been feeling 100%. more like 70%. so here i go again, repeating the same things and hoping it won't become a full fledged head/chest cold.
i ran 7 miles today. it went well considering it was noon and the temps were already up. my girls came along and biked. my legs felt a little tight so i rolled right when i got home. in fact, i'm going to go roll again and hit the hay!
i am posting this pic i took of our pets a few days ago. it's random. i know. but it cracks me up!

You're inspiring me to get my kids out there w/me again. The problem is they all want to go w/me. We'll just have to take turns...
mine all want to come to and it can be tedious at times. so my man decided to have them roll a dice to determine who goes. that's been working out great!
That mucinex is amazing stuff. Have you tried a neti pot? I was wary but now I swear by it.
