ran a 5k with a friend who is starting to run. we had a total blast saturday morning!
when i came home, i ran another 4 on the hilly route. did it in 38 minutes. i have not done that kind of time either in a long long time or ever. i think i am seeing a little progress as i am trying my hardest on speedwork.
