hill repeats

celebrated the baby's 9th b'day today...  :) and :(

so hard. but so good!

this morning, i ran 4 miles at an easy pace and busted out 1 mile of hill repeats. this hill. it's .15 tenths of a mile. i always thought it was a little over .1 tenth but it's a little more thanks to the garmin's tracking. so i ran up 5 h.a.r.d. times and jogged down 5 times. i wasn't dead tired so that's a good sign that i'm catching back up after being sick but also need to push myself to fatigue next time.

good stuff!

The people are so small - it makes that hill look loooong.

Look at that yummy cake! They grow up so fast. Happy birthday to your baby! ; )

Sounds like an awesome hill workout and such great training! Sorry I've had a long absence from blogs but I'm going to try and keep up better now! The cake looks delicious! Yum! Happy Birthday-almost double digits!
