| a nice COLD creek we swam in this summer! |
i finally also found a training plan to follow. i've been consistently keeping up with a long run for three months so i didn't want to just start over with the novice plan. so it looks like Hal's intermediate 2 training schedule will work good. i must admit i am a bit unsure about doing 3 20 mile runs before race day. i'll just pay attention to my body and how it feels and go from there. he also has a new plan called marathon 3. it's for runners who can only run 3 days a week. neat stuff!
saw this article on making your own sports drink. i'm going to try it just for the fun of it!

have you been taking any walk breaks? 3-20 milers?! i think that would be good for me, but i know i wouldn't be able to fit it in time wise. i'm reminded again that marathon training takes so much time!
great job getting your 15 in! i thought of you when i ran my 15 on sunday. :)
Glad you got your 15 miler done! Three 20's sounds like good marathon preparation. I ran 13 yesterday - can't wait for it to cool down just a little this fall.
